About Whey of Finance

I have always had that feeling that I wanted to create and write. When I was around 16 I started to get really interested in investing. It's been well over a decade that I have been reading and learning about stocks, bonds, leverage, etfs and there is still way more to learn.

When I was about 20 I started gaining a lot of weight. At one point I weighed 130kg or 286lbs. From July 1st 2019 to August 12th 2020, I started training and eating better. I started at 130kg and 408 days later, I weighed 78kg or 172lbs. I've been reading and training dedicated for over 5 years and on/off 2 years before that. I have deadlifted 220kg (285lbs) and squatted 155kg (341lbs) for 6 reps and 4 sets. My goals in the gym have changed troughout the years. And I want to help everybody that wants help.
